Who We Are
CORE stands for Collaboration of Revenue Cycle Epic Users. It was founded in 2012 by Karen Wilson, Gil Radke, Cliff Skinner and Matt Navigato. CORE has evolved over the years but our founding values remain rooted in peer to peer learning, best practice sharing, and creating networking opportunities among our membership.

Our conferences are available to Epic EHR customers and event sponsors, no exceptions. At this time we are not offering virtual options.
CORE has one conference per year. Attendance is 300-350 with 60+ organizations participating.The conference agenda typically begins on Wednesday with the popular, in-person Best Practice group discussio
Our conferences are available to Epic EHR customers and event sponsors, no exceptions. At this time we are not offering virtual options.
CORE has one conference per year. Attendance is 300-350 with 60+ organizations participating.The conference agenda typically begins on Wednesday with the popular, in-person Best Practice group discussions and ends on Friday with Epic's very popular updates session. We encourage networking throughout the day and have fun networking events on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. We don't recommend you miss any of it!
Combined CORE brings CORE and our sister group, East Coast CORE, together once a year with 400-450 attendees. We expect over 100 participating organizations and will bring CORE's Best Practice groups to the in-person experience. We love the opportunity to establish new connections and further our mission to improve knowledge and value to our organizations.

We have five (5) Best Practice groups in the areas of Patient Access, HB, PB, Revenue Integrity, and SBO. They meet virtually every month, with Epic's participation. Please see our “Best Practice” tab for more information and how you can join.
