Objective

We are an CORE affinity group focused on Data Analytics for revenue cycle (Billing and Patient Access). We found that analtyics was consistently a top topic at the in-person conference and Best Practice groups and decided to form our own group. We explore analytical solutions from within Epic (e.g. Reporting Workbench, Radar/Pulse Dashboards, and SlicerDicer) and external to Epic (e.g. Tableau and PowerBI). Topics typically relate to sharing best practices, discussing common challenges, and reviewing new Epic reporting features. We welcome all, whether you are in a technical role or an operational role.

Objective

We are a newly created CORE affinity group that is focused on the creation and sharing of information related to Robotic Automation Processes, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and the integration of these into Revenue Cycle processes. We will be meeting once a month and will be working on solutions that include, screen scraping, programming modifiers, input/output types variables, automation of emails and data integrity. The current software being utilized is UIPath but all software is welcome and can/will be discussed. This group is open to all.  Programmers, technical, or operational are all invited to expand our horizons on this new topic.

 We are a CORE affinity group focused on sharing experiences and best practices surrounding educational and quality assurance programming. As Revenue Cycle departments seek to standardize and optimize their practices, it has become clear that consistent education is key to ensuring users have the tools they need to be successful in their roles. Quality Assurance has been crucial in identifying the best opportunities for education, so it makes sense to include both pieces in our discussions. Topics will be centered around education and QA programming and structures.  

Audience

 Open to Revenue Cycle leaders that have or are looking to develop education and QA focused programs.
